This "Traccia" table is an original Ultramobile collection (SIMON) Editioned Reproduction of original 1939 Surrealist model with impressed bird prints on its top surface. Dino Gavina (famed Italian post-war furniture entrepreneur and owner of Simon International) worked directly with the surrealist artist Meret Oppenheim to create a small production version of her otherworldly object. The elliptical top with its shaped edge has the footprints of a fantasy bird on it, which also inspired the cast bronze feet. The upper part of the tabletop is in fine gold leaf, the underside is painted with gold colored paint.Buy On 1stdibs

From talented Turkish designer, Merve Kahraman comes the playful Minos Lamp. The design of this table lamp uses materials that are both contemporary and were prevalent in the 1970s and 1980s. The cream terrazzo base is unified by green, black and beige colored marble chips, and the lamp shade is upholstered in dark green mohair. The lamp is accented with polished brass to create this playful yet grown up table lamp. Chairs from the Brass Collection are the second series of objects developed with Endless Forms, Zhoujie’s own digitalized fabrication system that generates an ever-changing family of objects. With a role as more of creator rather than designer, Zhoujie’s designs appear as though viewing the world through a kaleidoscope, looking at the infinite possibilities. Brass is a relatively soft material, it is quite easy to distort and scratch due to the touch during the transportation, laser-cutting and fabrication process. Therefore, every single fabrication process has to be done with extreme caution. A new material means new attempt from structure, every step and the whole procedure needs innumerable tests. With his practice dedicated to the development of a digitalized fabrication system, Zhoujie’s goal has been to create a system with an ability to transform digital programs into real objects.Buy On 1stdibs
Mixing golden touches with colorful ceramics and glass, the Accretion Vase collection is distinguished by the mastery of its conception. The pieces link to all the beasts in the Hass collection in that they feel curiously alive. This gives their work its creepy-chic. More pets than objects, but decidedly not house-broken. One feels they might slowly sidle up to you or that an erect neck might suddenly go flaccid or vice versa. It’s the organic informality form that gives it this near-life quality.Buy On 1stdibs
This chair sculpture is part of the Afreaks series, which brings the signature whimsy and tongue-in-cheek sensibility of artistic duo the Haas Brothers. Twin brothers Simon and Nikolai Haas run their eponymous furniture design and fabrication studio out of Los Angeles, from which they create everything from set design to wearable art, masks for Lady Gaga to gold-leafed furniture for Louis Vuitton stores. Nikolai apprenticed as a master carver and Simon studied blacksmithing at the Rhode Island School of Design—and together their pieces, while sleek, still retain some traces of artisanal handiwork. Their seating and vessels often combine futuristic finishes with biomorphic forms.Buy On 1stdibs
